Subscriptions and Payments
Will I be charged automatically after the free trial ends?
No, you will not be charged automatically after the free trial ends. You will need to register a payment method at the time of payment, so you can decide whether to continue after the free trial. Even if you choose to pay a few days later, you can still access your previous data without interruption.
What is the difference between Single Access and a subscription?
A subscription is more than 20% cheaper than Single Access and offers a more seamless experience.

When can I start using the service after subscribing?

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Once you cancel, no charges will be made on the next billing date, and you can continue using the service until the subscription expiration date.
Managing Your Account
Features and Technical Issues
You can use a standard webcam or any regular camera that can be connected to your computer. Try connecting your camera and testing the service. For clearer video analysis, we recommend using a camera with HD or higher resolution and a frame rate of at least 60fps.
What should I do if the video lags?
Video lag may occur if your computer’s specifications are too low or if the camera has a low frame rate. To ensure compatibility between your hardware and our service, we recommend testing it using the free trial or basic mode before subscribing to the paid service.
What if gesture Detection doesn’t work well?
If too many people are in the frame, the system may prioritize recognizing the full body or the person closest to the camera. For best results, try to be alone in the frame or ensure the person you want to recognize is closest to the camera. Additionally, the system works best when you face the camera directly. Side profiles or seated positions may result in less accurate recognition.
